- hey.....well u ask me who julian is and hes peytons ex from LA who came to tree hill to make lukes book "ravens" into a movie....and he ends up falling for brooke.....every1 thinks he came to tree hill for peyton which he did at first but he falls for brooke and brooke falls for him....and they are cute together....you'll like him he makes the show spicy and adds a twist....at least thats what i think....
